Unfortunately, it can happen that the post office can't find the delivery addresses. The packages will then be returned to us. This means you may not receive your products on time. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we'll take care of it.
Depending on the combination of your order, we may send it in two packages. It is therefore possible that the packages will arrive slightly later than each other.
Please send us a photo of the product you received and we will immediately ensure that the correct items are sent to you.
To ensure high speed, completed orders are forwarded directly to our printing partners. Since we don't monitor our support channels 24/7, we cannot guarantee that we can respond promptly to change the address.
