Unfortunately, posters are delicate and can be damaged during transport. Please send us a picture of the damaged poster and we will arrange a free replacement!

Unfortunately, it can happen that the post office cannot find the delivery addresses. The packages are then sent back to us. If you see this on the tracking, you can contact us immediately.

Depending on the combination of your order, we may send it in two packages. It is therefore possible that the packages will arrive slightly later than each other.

The frames will be shipped at the same time as the prints from Lucerne by our separate frame partner. Unfortunately, there is no tracking function for this package yet. However, you can expect the frames to arrive at about the same time as the prints.

To ensure high speed, orders placed are forwarded directly to our printing partners. Since we do not monitor our support channels 24/7, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond spontaneously.
